Non-judgmental, compassionate cleanouts for even the most challenging situations.

Hoarding isn't a character flaw. It's complex — often tied to trauma, anxiety, grief, or simply a lifetime of accumulation that became unmanageable. We've been in homes where every room was filled floor-to-ceiling. We've worked with families, social workers, and individuals who are finally ready to take that first step.

Whether you're a family member trying to help a loved one, a care coordinator, or the person who lives in the home — we are here to help. No judgment. No lectures. Just the work.

We handle the full spectrum — from moderate clutter to the most challenging situations:

  • Floor-to-ceiling clutter
  • Furniture and appliances
  • Newspapers, magazines, and paper accumulation
  • Clothing and personal items
  • Spoiled food and perishables
  • Animal-related debris
  • Broken and hazardous items
  • Yard and outdoor overflow
  • Multi-room fill
  • Structural debris

Our Approach

Non-Judgmental

Zero lectures. Zero comments. We're there to work, not to evaluate. You will not hear anything that makes you feel embarrassed or judged.

Patient and Respectful

We move at a pace that respects the person who lives there. No rushing. No pressure. The right pace for everyone involved.

Family-Inclusive

We coordinate with family members, social workers, case managers, and anyone else who needs to be part of the process.

Fully Confidential

We don't share details, photos, or any information about clients or job sites. Complete discretion is a core part of how we operate.

My father had been living in worsening conditions for years and our family didn't know how to help. They cleared his entire house over two days and never once made him or us feel embarrassed. We got our father's home back.

How It Works
1
Confidential Consultation

Call or message us. We have a private conversation about the property, the situation, and what the goal is. No judgment, no assumptions — we listen first.

2
Walkthrough and Planning

We come out and assess the property. We give you a realistic scope of work, a firm quote, and a clear plan — room by room, at the right pace for everyone.

3
Cleanout Day

We bring the crew and get to work. We sort, haul, sweep, and restore the space. You remain in control of what stays and what goes throughout the entire process.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will you judge the condition of the home?

Never. We've worked in some of the most challenging situations imaginable. We are there to work — nothing more. You will not hear any comments that make you feel uncomfortable.

It depends on the situation. Sometimes the resident participates and directs. Sometimes family members coordinate the cleanout. We adapt to whatever arrangement works best.

Yes. We have coordinated with social workers and mental health professionals. If you need us to operate within specific protocols or boundaries, just let us know upfront.

Many hoarding cleanouts take more than one day. We plan for that, quote the full scope upfront, and show up every day until the job is complete.

Completely. We don't share details, photos, or information about clients or job sites under any circumstances.
